Elvira's energy work helped me process chronic pain and anxiety. I joined one of her online sessions and was a little apprehensive if it would really help me. Through the exercises that Elvira led us through I was able to feel the results in my mind and body during the session and after. Elvira was able to tune with the needs of each member of our group and the results were tangible. Thank you Elvira!

Elvira’s lectures have helped me fulfill many of my goals regarding health, family, education. She has been teaching me about self-love and elevated emotions as a tool to pursue in the direction I want in life. She taught me about the role of words in creation, the difference between the alt reality and the creator one, the body as being the expression of the soul, consciousness as an identity, and countless other things. Her teachings are unique; they opened my mind to new possibilities and a new approach to view health. I am feeling empowered and open so as to create what I want out of life.

My experience so far has been very informative and amazing. Trying to learn to love yourself and move on from past trauma, is so deeply hard but Elvira has this way of explaining how to be your own creator and forgive the things you did or forgive the ones who may have hurt you. I also want to add that, I had tight calves for years feeling like they were cuffed by thick cuffs, Elvira helped me remove that tightness in my legs and they honestly feel so light! I’m feeling more energy running through them, I’m moving quicker and longer, it’s truly amazing!! I look forward to seeing Elvira weekly, she is so warm hearted, and so funny I could be around her energy all day!! 💜💜 Thank you Elvira!!!

I met Elvira a few years ago. We only had one session together and I remember how much weight was lifted off my shoulders. She has a special way of getting you to release junk from your mind a soul. Hi Elvira,
I thought I better record my last experience with being in a Kozyrev mirror .
I did think of an intention before I entered a mirror. I had bunch of intentions on my mind, but the primary was arounf my finances, specifically getting extra income being somewhat tight in this area at that time. I set a time for 15 min on my phone alarm and left my phone outside the mirror. 15 min were over and I ended the session.
Next morning I was to go to visit my friend to help her with chores. I did help her earlier also and was expecting she would pay me for that this time. In a past she would pay me so much per hour, much less ten I usually charge my clients. This morning she did give me a check for this time and previous times I worked, paying me much more per hour. It was super unexpected.
Also, I have been earnestly looking for a job without any luck for last 3 to 4 weeks. That same morning I had a new idea how to be more effective in m job search. Next day I was going through the interview in 3 different places, hired in one place and starting working very next day.
Also other 2 places are ready to hire me also. I also requested and got approved to register to the Seminar I could not previously afford paying less then half tuition. I was also able to pay my rent today by negotiating using Leah's money and removal of the $100 late fee. This is a brief description of the outcome of my 15 min time in the Kozyrev mirror.

My experience with the kozyrev mirror was really lovely. While I was in there my body had an overall sense of calmness. I've had a stressful year, and it was so soothing to my chakras and to my nervous system. It was like I felt a big sigh from my body. Afterwards, I've noticed I have more energy, my mood have been really good. The most profound thing to me was having a lot less pain in my knees. I had a recent flare up, and I was worried about moving. On moving day, my knees felt great and I was able to go all day without any pain. Really truly amazing, because i have had knee pain pretty consistently the last several months. Thank you Elvira for introducing me to this! I really do feel like the mirror had a lot to do with it.
